The Quality & Satisfaction Research Institute (IICS) it's spanish acronym at Interamerican University Metro Campus is the research and production center for the Customer Satisfaction Index of Puerto Rico (CSIPR), analyses of data, individual client report writing and industry benchmark reports for news releases are some of the  primary tasks realized at the institute. Anderson Research International (ARI), provides client engagements, software technology,  as well as full marketing management , administrative and process  consulting services to our customers. Finally,  ASQ Puerto Rico, provides collaborative supports offering a unique globally acclaimed quality certification program in spanish  in Puerto Rico. 

IICS provides timely relevant research insights utilizing proprietary survey-based technology and predictive tools to assist  Corporations, large businesses, PYMES and non-profits organization to improve future financial performance; While supporting Federal and local  government agencies to maintain compliance of public policy developed to insure performance effectiveness and efficiency of its operations to increase citizen satisfaction. The science of satisfaction drive product & service excellence with process evaluation , quality assurance, satisfaction measurement and certification programs.
